  • Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
  • Turnips - 4 pieces
  • Ham - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
  • Russian Cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fry the onions until golden brown (you can never have too much fried onion, it gives the salad a special, soft flavor)

Step 2

Fry the carrots until they are soft (like the fried onions)

Step 3

Boil the potatoes and finely chop the mushrooms.

Step 4

Cut the ham into small rectangles, grate the cheese, boil the eggs hard and also grate them.

Step 5

Grate the potatoes and place them on a plate. Drizzle with mayonnaise and spread it evenly across the plate.

Step 6

Layer the pickled mushrooms so that there are no gaps; top with onions and drizzle with mayonnaise. Next, add a layer of carrots and a layer of mayonnaise.

Step 7

Spread the ham over the entire plate, then add a layer of mayonnaise; sprinkle with cheese, add another layer of mayonnaise, and top with the grated egg.

Step 8

Let it sit at room temperature. The salad tastes best in the morning after the holiday.
