Mushrooms with Chicken Breast in Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Morels - 2 lbs
- Onion - 3 heads
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Uchiko Suneli - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 1 teaspoon
- 20% Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces, when cooled, add salt and spices.
Step 2
While the breast absorbs the spices, sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms and fry them over high heat, add pepper and a little salt. Pour the mushroom broth into a glass (it will be useful later).
Step 4
Add the chicken, onion, minced garlic, sour cream, and mushroom broth (you can use chicken broth instead) to the sautéed mushrooms.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly, you can add more mushroom broth and, if not salty enough, add more salt.
