Mushrooms with Chicken Mince and Suluguni Cheese
Ingredients
- Morels - 8 pieces
- Pork Mince - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Suluguni Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the large mushrooms and dry them on a paper towel.
Step 2
Separate the stems from the caps.
Step 3
Chop the mushroom stems into small cubes.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion.
Step 5
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 6
In a well-heated skillet with sunflower oil, sauté the vegetables until half-cooked.
Step 7
Add the chicken mince and stir constantly with a wooden spatula, breaking up lumps until smooth.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Add the finely chopped mushrooms to the cooked mince. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until ready and transfer to a separate bowl.
Step 10
Grate the suluguni cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 11
Add the cheese to the mince and mix well.
Step 12
Lightly salt the inside of each mushroom cap.
Step 13
Stuff the mushrooms with the resulting mixture and place them in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
Step 14
Before serving, you can garnish with any herbs. Enjoy your meal!
