Ingredients

  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
  • Butter - 2.6 oz
  • Truffle Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • 10% cream - 3 fl oz
  • Parsley - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the mushrooms along with the stems into 4 mm thick slices. Chop the parsley leaves and garlic. Finely chop the onion.

Step 2

In a deep skillet or saucepan, heat the butter along with a small amount of vegetable or olive oil. Sauté the onion in the oil. The onion should not lose its color, but should become soft and translucent. Then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes, then add the lemon juice. Stir and add the cream. Season with salt.

Step 3

Sauté a bit longer, then add the parsley and truffle oil.
