Mushrooms with Garlic and Jalapeño
Ingredients
- Morels - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.7 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Habanero Pepper - 0.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill, then add salt.
Step 3
Finely chop the jalapeño.
Step 4
Combine the garlic, dill, and pepper.
Step 5
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
Step 6
Place the mushrooms in a heated skillet with olive oil and butter. Stir.
Step 7
After 3–4 minutes, season with the mixed peppers and stir. Reduce heat to medium.

After 5 minutes, add the cream cheese, season with salt, and stir. Lower the heat a bit more.
Step 9
After a minute, add the mayonnaise. Stir.

After 2 minutes, add the dill-garlic mixture with jalapeño. Mix thoroughly.

After 1–2 minutes, the dish is ready. Transfer to a deep bowl and serve.
