Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bacon into strips. Wash the tomatoes and dice them.
Step 2
Clean the champignon mushrooms and slice them. Place them in a pan with heated oil and sauté on high heat for 1 minute.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan with the mushrooms.
Step 4
Add the diced bacon and sliced olives to the mushrooms and onion, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the diced tomatoes, stir, cover with a lid, and cook for a couple more minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
