Description
This sauce is great as a standalone dish or as a side for meat dishes. It is prepared very quickly and easily. If you prefer to keep the sauce liquid, simply do not add flour.

- Morels - 17.6 oz
- Spinach - 8.8 oz
- Cream 22% - 10 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the mushrooms.
Step 3
Cut them into quarters.
Step 4
Pour oil into the skillet.

Add the mushrooms.

Season with salt.

Add the Herbes de Provence.
