Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Broccoli - 10.6 oz
- Leek - 3.5 oz
- Dill - 0.9 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 4 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean and boil the mushrooms. (Frozen mushrooms can be used. The mushrooms should be meaty: white, aspen, butter, etc.)
Step 2
Boil the cauliflower and broccoli in salted water until half-cooked.
Step 3
Slice the leek and peeled carrots into rings and sauté them.
Step 4
Add the boiled mushrooms to the sautéed mixture and continue to fry. When the mushrooms are well-cooked, add the broccoli and cauliflower and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. After that, add the cream, spices to taste, and herbs, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
