  • Pasta shells - 2 lbs
  • Coconut Milk - 1 qt
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
  • Ginger - to taste
  • Lemongrass - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the coconut milk into a pot and add the lemongrass, chili pepper, and ginger. Bring to a boil.

Step 2

Meanwhile, clean the mussels and add them to the boiling milk, then cover with a lid.

Step 3

Cook until the shells open (about 3–5 minutes). Serve with chopped parsley and white bread or a baguette.
