- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Capers - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon

Pass the yolks of the boiled eggs through a sieve and thoroughly mash them with mustard, sugar, and salt, gradually adding vegetable oil. Then dilute with vinegar.

Add capers and finely chopped egg whites to the prepared sauce.
