Description
This sauce made with mustard seeds, wild garlic, and watercress pairs well with fish and roasted vegetables.

- Shallot - 2 heads
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 8.5 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 3 spoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 spoons
- Cress salad - 5.3 oz
- Ramsons - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the shallots, place them in a skillet with butter, and sauté, stirring, until soft. Then pour in the wine, bring to a boil, and let it reduce almost completely.
Step 2
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sour cream, mustard, and a third of a cup of hot water. Add finely chopped watercress and wild garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
