- Meat - 17.6 oz

- Dill - 3.5 oz
- Cilantro - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 4 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes, season with salt, and fry in fat tail until half cooked.
Step 2
Layer the chopped vegetables on top of the meat in the following order: onion, carrot, tomatoes, dill, cilantro, garlic, bell pepper, potato.
Step 3
Add pepper, add salt, pour in 0.75 cup of water, tightly cover with a lid, and place on very low heat for 2 hours (do not remove the lid).
