Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate the fish for twenty to thirty minutes using lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2
Wrap the pieces of salmon in banana leaves and grill until semi-cooked.
Step 3
Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and galangal, then add the tomato sauce, curry sauce, and salmon. Pour in 100 ml of water, reduce the heat, and cook for ten minutes. At the end, add the lemongrass and lime leaves, and remove from heat after a couple of minutes.
