Ingredients
- Milk - 1 qt
- Yogurt powder - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring fresh milk to a boil, then cool it to a temperature of 40–113°F.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt and add a little milk. Add the remaining milk to the yogurt and stir.
Step 3
Heat a bowl in a water bath, pour the milk into it. Wrap it in several layers of paper and cover with a blanket. Leave it for 8 hours.
Step 4
Unwrap the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Optionally, sugar can be added.
