- Navy Pollock - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Sour Cream - 4 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Dried parsnip - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the Navy Pollock, wash it, dry it, and if necessary (if the fish is large), cut it into portions.
Step 2
Rub the fish with salt and pepper mix, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Then, coat it in flour and immediately place it on a preheated skillet.
Step 4
Transfer the fried fish to a saucepan, add a little fresh oil to the remaining oil in the skillet, and sauté the sliced onion and grated carrot.
Step 5
Return the fish to the skillet and mix it with the vegetables.
Step 6
Pour sour cream into a glass, add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir, and fill the glass with water to the top.
Step 7
Pour this sauce over the vegetables and fish, cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 8
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
