- Milk - 1 cup
- Dry yeast - 0.7 oz

- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Cervelat Sausage - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 5 pieces
- Herbs - to taste
- Pork fat - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough and place it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a round flatbread about 35 cm in diameter and place it in a shallow dish or skillet.
Step 3
Grease the surface of the flatbread with pork fat, sprinkle with grated cheese, arrange cubes of cheese, slices of sausage (or hot dogs), tomato slices, olives, and herbs—season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Bake in a well-heated oven for 15–20 minutes until cooked.
