Description

- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Salt - 2½ teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
- Ketchup - 4.2 oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 28.2 oz
- Canned Truffles - 24.7 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Spicy salami - 12 pieces
- Oregano - 0.2 oz
- Melted Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, mix cream cheese, milk, 60 ml of olive oil, and 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
Step 2
Add baking powder and flour.
Step 3
Form the dough into a ball.
Step 4
Place it on a greased baking sheet. Roll out the dough to fill the entire baking sheet. Prepare the sauce by mixing 60 ml of olive oil and ketchup.
Step 5
Spread it over the surface of the dough.
Step 6
Layer the tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms on top, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Sprinkle with oregano, place the salami on top, and cover with thinly sliced mozzarella.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Serve immediately.
