- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1.8 oz
- Leek - 0.4 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 10 pieces
- Sour Cream - 0.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 0.5 oz
- Wasabi - 0.4 oz
- Condensed Milk - 0.2 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Tobiko Caviar - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the tomato and nectarine into wedges. Cut the red onion into thin strips, and slice the green part of the leek into thin matchsticks, then soak them in ice water for 5 minutes.
