Nests with Minced Meat in the Oven
Ingredients
- Veal Mince - 14.1 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion or cut it into half rings.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Sauté half of the chopped onion and the carrot in a small amount of vegetable oil until semi-cooked.
Step 5
Pour two glasses of water over the sautéed onion and carrot, add sour cream, and salt. Heat until just before boiling (remove the sauce from heat as soon as the first bubbles appear).
Step 6
Mix the minced meat with half of the remaining onion, add salt and pepper.
Step 7
Drop the pasta nests into boiling water for one minute (make sure the nests do not overcook). Use a spoon or a colander for convenience.
Step 8
Place the nests in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Fill each nest with the minced meat.
Step 9
Pour the sauce over the nests.
Step 10
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 356°F.
