Description

A French classic, the Niçoise salad hails from Nice. Ideally, the tuna in a Niçoise should be seared on the outside and practically raw on the inside. However, if fresh tuna that you can trust isn't available, canned tuna will work just fine.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces

  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 2.8 oz
  • Basil - 2 sprigs
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Scallions - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - to taste
