Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
- Chinese green beans - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse and boil the green beans. Place them in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and let them cool as well.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce, tear it into medium-sized pieces, and place it at the bottom of a plate. Add the green beans.
Step 4
Slice the cucumber into rounds, the onion into rings, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Add them to the green beans and lettuce.
Step 5
Drain the tuna from its juice or oil, but ensure it is not too dry. Place it in the center of the plate.
Step 6
Cut the eggs into wedges and arrange them around the edges of the plate.
Step 7
Add vinegar and oil, then season with salt and pepper.
