Niçoise salad with pasta

Ingredients

  • Pasta shells - 12.3 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
  • Chinese green beans - 7.1 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
  • Canned tuna in its own juice - 2 cans
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs hard and cut them into quarters.

Step 2

Cook the fusilli and drain.

Step 3

Cut the beans and boil for 5 minutes until tender. Drain and dry.

Step 4

Combine the pasta with the halved cherry tomatoes and olives.

Step 5

Season well with spices and divide among 4 plates.

Step 6

Top with the chopped tuna and eggs.
