Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Cold-smoked trout - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Green Butter - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, cool them, and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Blanch the green beans for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the trout thinly.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 5
Slice the sweet onion into thin half-rings.
Step 6
To make the dressing, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad. Serve with lettuce leaves.
