- Milk Oolong - 0.1 oz
- Almond - 2 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup - 0 fl oz

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Brew the milk oolong: bring 150 ml of water to a boil.
Step 3
Brew the oolong tea bag and let the infusion cool completely.
Step 4
Place the broth in the refrigerator until ready to prepare the cocktail.
Step 5
Chill the cocktail glass well.
Step 6
Pour 40 ml of oolong tea infusion into a shaker (if you don't have a shaker, you can use a jar with a screw-on lid).
Step 7
Add 60 ml of almond milk to the shaker.
Step 8
Add 15–20 ml of white chocolate syrup to the shaker.
Step 9
Place ice cubes in the shaker.
Step 10
Shake the cocktail well in a shaker.
Step 11
Strain the cocktail through a sieve into the glass.
Step 12
Serve the cocktail immediately well chilled.
