- Unsweetened cherry juice - 5 fl oz
- Green Banana Syrup - 0 fl oz
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- Instant coffee - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare cocktail ice. Brew strong coffee using any convenient method: in a coffee machine, French press, or moka pot.
Step 2
If you used a French press or a coffee maker, strain the coffee through a coffee filter to remove any sediment.
Step 3
Completely cool the coffee, pour it into molds, and freeze.
Step 4
Chill the serving glass well.
Step 5
Place coffee ice in the glass.
Step 6
Pour cherry juice into the glass.
Step 7
Add the berry syrup.
Step 8
Stir well with a bar spoon.
Step 9
Sprinkle the cocktail with coffee.
Step 10
Garnish with a cocktail cherry and serve.
