- Pasta (corkscrew) - 8.8 oz
- Meat - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta or noodles.
Step 2
Pass the meat (beef, lamb, pork) through a meat grinder, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place it in a heated pan with oil, then fry on low heat. When the meat is ready, pass it through the meat grinder again, add 2 tablespoons of broth or pasta cooking water, and mix well. You can also add sautéed onions to the meat.
Step 3
In the cooked pasta or noodles, add raw eggs, salt, mix, and evenly spread half of it in a greased pan. On this layer, evenly distribute the prepared meat filling and cover it with the remaining pasta or noodles, flatten it out, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil, and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
