You can use spaghetti or angel hair pasta instead of noodles.

Ingredients

  • Grapeseed Oil - ¼ cup
  • Black sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
  • Honey - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Udon Noodles - 8.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chopped Green Onions - ½ cup
  • Chopped Green Onions - ¼ cup
  • Chopped almonds - ¼ cup
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until done. Drain, but do not rinse.

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix both oils and ground chili. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Then add honey and soy sauce and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer the noodles to a bowl, pour the dressing over them, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.

Step 4

Before serving, stir in the cilantro, peanuts, finely chopped green onion, and finely chopped bell pepper. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
