- Whole egg - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Salted pork belly - 7.1 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into small cubes, sauté in olive oil until translucent, and add the sliced pork belly. Cook for two minutes and remove from heat.
Step 2
Finely chop the bacon and fry until crispy.
Step 3
Boil the noodles in salted boiling water for two minutes, drain in a colander, let the water drain, and place them in the pan with the pork belly and onion.
Step 4
Pour in the sauce and cook, stirring over low heat, for one minute.
Step 5
Serve the cooked noodles on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and crispy bacon.
