Ingredients
- Dough for dumplings - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a very stiff dough, like for dumplings (flour, egg, salt, water).
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin layer (about 2 mm), generously spread with butter, roll it up, and cut into pieces about 2 fingers wide.
Step 4
In a pot, place 100 grams of butter and melt it, then add half of the potatoes, the noodles, and the remaining potatoes on top. Pour in water so that it is 2 cm above the level of the potatoes, season with salt, and cook until the potatoes are done, about 20 minutes.
