- Rollton Noodles - 7.1 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 5.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) - 1 can
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the peeled onion into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil over low heat for two minutes, then add finely chopped champignon mushrooms, and after another 5 minutes, add the finely chopped smoked bacon. Cook for another two minutes, add the crushed tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
While the sauce is cooking, boil the noodles, drain them in a colander, add the butter, and carefully place them on a plate. Top with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with chopped parsley.
