Description
Recipe for homemade egg noodles. If you cook chicken with store-bought noodles, you can finish in 20 minutes; if you make the noodles from scratch, it will take longer, about 50 minutes. Essentially, you are preparing 2 dishes!

- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 4 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Step 2
Take a larger onion, slice it into rings or half-rings. Cut the carrot into strips.
Step 3
Combine the vegetables and chicken, pour in the soy sauce, mix, and let marinate. During this time, you can prepare the noodles.
Step 4
You can use store-bought noodles, but it's better to make homemade ones; it's delicious and simple.
Step 5
To fry the chicken, heat a pan and melt a small piece of butter. Transfer the chicken and vegetables to the pan, pouring in all the sauce as well. You can add 80 ml of filtered water to prevent the vegetables from burning and to ensure the chicken is fully cooked. Simmer until done.
Step 6
You need to add spiciness. The best way to do this is to use red chili pepper. It provides the necessary heat but does so gently, subtly infusing the dish. I added literally 1/6 of the pepper (just a bit of skin and seeds). Be careful with salt, as soy sauce already has a strong salty flavor.
