Ingredients

  • Turkey Escalopes - 4 pieces
  • Black Bean Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • White Cabbage - ½ bunch
  • Coconut Milk - 13 fl oz
  • Green Peas - 8.8 oz
  • Peanut Butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Egg noodles for wok - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the turkey escalopes into thin strips.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and sauté the turkey for 5 minutes until golden brown. Then add the curry paste, diced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and coconut milk. Add the mixture to the wok along with the green peas and noodles. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the turkey is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
