- Turkey Escalopes - 4 pieces
- Black Bean Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - ½ bunch
- Coconut Milk - 13 fl oz
- Green Peas - 8.8 oz
- Peanut Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Egg noodles for wok - 10.6 oz

Slice the turkey escalopes into thin strips.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and sauté the turkey for 5 minutes until golden brown. Then add the curry paste, diced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
Step 3
