Ingredients

  • Mixed salad greens - 0.4 oz
  • Asparagus - 0.5 oz
  • Salmon - 0.7 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 0.4 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 8 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Champagne Vinegar - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them with a paper towel.

Step 2

Boil the asparagus and cool it in cold water.

Step 3

Sauté the salmon in vegetable oil in small pieces.

Step 4

For the dressing, mix: olive oil; Dijon mustard; lemon juice; salt; black pepper; white wine vinegar.

Step 5
