- Coho salmon fillet - 21.2 oz
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Bacon - 4.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the cabbage into squares and sauté until soft in a small amount of water with salt, sugar, and olive oil. Poach the Norwegian salmon in water with added white wine, without bringing it to a boil.
Step 2
Finely chop the bacon and fry it in a dry skillet. After the fat has rendered, add the diced tomato flesh. Sauté for 1 minute.
Step 3
Serve the salmon with the cabbage and tomato mixture. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
