- Puff Pastry - 26.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 8.8 oz
- Smoked Chicken - 1 piece
- Spicy salami - 8.8 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 5.3 oz
- Melted Cheese - 11.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, place the dough on a baking sheet, ensuring it is not too thick. I bought the yeast puff pastry at a common grocery store. It's better to create edges, as there are many layers and without them, the filling may leak.
Step 2
Spread the tomato paste evenly over the dough.
Step 3
Arrange the champignon mushrooms in an orderly manner to avoid large areas without them.
Step 4
Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes (about 0.5 x 0.5 cm) and place them in the free spaces between the mushrooms and around the edges.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and distribute it evenly, as it will be applied in two layers. In this case, sprinkle the first layer.
Step 7
Thinly slice the salami (only crosswise, so it forms circles) and arrange it as closely as the mushrooms.
Step 8
Place the pineapple cubes in the same way as the chicken breast: between the salami and around the edges, and you can also place them on top of the salami.
Step 9
Sprinkle with seasoning once more.
Step 10
Top with a second layer of cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200–437°F (about 400–450 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 30 minutes.
