  • Pear Jam - ½ cup
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1 cup
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Melt the butter.

Beat the eggs lightly with sugar, combine with sour cream and butter, add flour and baking powder, and knead the dough.

Step 3

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, spread with jam, and sprinkle with walnuts, then roll it up.

Step 4
