- Cilantro - 3 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Saffron - ½ teaspoon
- Utskho Suneli - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Thoroughly crush the walnuts, garlic, and salt.

Add the pepper, chopped cilantro, khmeli suneli, and imeretian saffron, and grind again.
Step 3
Dilute the resulting mixture with pomegranate juice or wine vinegar mixed with boiled water.
