- Oat Groats - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Parsley Root - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 20 fl oz
- Pumpkin - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and grate the parsley root and carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Rinse the oat groats and pour in water, cooking on low heat in a covered pot until ready.
Step 5
Then mix with the sautéed vegetables and serve.
