Ingredients
- Pork Neck - 21.2 oz
- Mini vegetables - 22.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Cilantro - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 1.4 oz
- Svan Salt - 0.7 oz
- Satsivi - 7.1 oz
- Quince - 21.2 oz
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Step 4
Heat a pan and pour in the olive oil.
Step 5
Fry the onion until golden brown, then add the chopped garlic.
Step 6
Add the pork to the pan and continue frying.
Step 7
Cut the quince into cubes and add it to the pan. Fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Add the pork to the quince and onion, and after 5–7 minutes, add the halved potatoes.
Step 9
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the meat.
Step 10
Add spices, and half a minute before serving, introduce the satsivi sauce. Do not let the sauce evaporate completely. Add salt.
Step 11
Garnish with cilantro before serving.
