Ingredients
- Chicken offal - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Puree - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Well-cleaned and washed poultry offal should be salted and lightly fried in a pan, after which sprinkle with flour and fry for a few more minutes. Then place the fried offal in a shallow pot, pour in 2 cups of broth or water, add the tomato puree, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer on low heat.
Step 2
After 30 minutes of simmering, add the peeled, sliced, and fried potatoes and vegetables (carrots, parsley, onion), pepper, and bay leaf. Gently mix everything and simmer for another 30 minutes.
