Ingredients
- Squid - 21.2 oz
- Bread Kvass - 1 qt
- Salad Potatoes - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Table Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled squid, potatoes, and fresh cucumbers into cubes.
Step 2
Chop the green onions finely.
Step 3
Mash a quarter of the boiled egg yolks and sour cream with the table mustard, salt, and sugar; mash a quarter of the green onions with salt; combine everything with the kvass and mix.
Step 4
Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs.
Step 5
When serving, arrange all the chopped ingredients in bowls, pour over the seasoned kvass, add sour cream, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
