- Chopped Sage Leaves - ¼ cup
- Kalamata olives - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - 2 stalks
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 teaspoons

In a blender, combine pitted olives, parsley, chopped green onion, minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. Blend until finely chopped, but not pureed.
Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tomato paste.
