- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Anchovy fillet - 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pickled capers - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can also mash them in a mortar.

Transfer the mixture to sterilized jars.
Step 3
Pour a small amount of olive oil on top to create a 'film' of oil. This will help preserve the tapenade longer.
Step 4
