Description

- Beef - 10 oz
- Potato - 15 oz
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 1 can
- Scallions - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the beef in salted water.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes and carrots separately.
Step 4
Boil the eggs.
Step 5
Cut the boiled meat into small cubes.
Step 6
Peel and chop the eggs.
Step 7
Chop the vegetables into small cubes as well. For aesthetics and harmony, the ingredients should be cut into cubes of the same size.
Step 8
Gently fold all the prepared ingredients together with a silicone spatula to avoid damaging their shape.
Step 9
Add mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Add the peas at the very end, just before serving, otherwise they may lose their shape in the salad.
Step 11
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
