  • Mayonnaise - 1.4 oz
  • Carrot - 0.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Crayfish - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Green Peas - 0.5 oz
  • Sorrel - 0 oz
  • Mizuna - 0 oz
  • Shallot - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes, carrots, eggs, and crayfish until cooked.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, carrots, and eggs, then chop them into small cubes and mix together.

Step 3

Add finely chopped cucumbers.

Step 4

Add the crayfish tails, peas, salt, pepper, and oil, and mix well.
