Description
If desired, the meat can be replaced with high-quality cooked sausage. Many people prefer this combination of flavors over using meat. In all recipes, pickled or brined cucumbers are mentioned, but I prefer fresh ones. They provide a fresher and more intense flavor, along with the scent of summer.
Ingredients
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 14.1 oz
- Meat - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Potato - 12.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the meat until fully cooked. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion. Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the potatoes and carrots, then dice them.
Step 3
Finely crumble the eggs. Dice the cucumbers.
Step 4
Mix the potatoes, meat, onions, peas, eggs, and cucumbers, and season with salt.
Step 5
Dress with mayonnaise. Garnish to taste.
