Ingredients
- Potato - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 12.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Doctor's Sausage - 14.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 6 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, then gently lower the eggs in using a tablespoon to prevent them from cracking. Boil the eggs for 13 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the potato and carrot into 1 cm cubes.
Step 4
Cut the sausage and both types of cucumbers into cubes of the same size.
Step 5
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and toss in the potatoes.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, add the carrot to it.
Step 7
After another 3 minutes, add the peas.
Step 8
After 2 minutes, drain the vegetables in a sieve and let them cool.
Step 9
When the eggs are cooked, cool them in ice water. Peel and dice them like vegetables.
Step 10
Combine the potatoes, carrots, peas, all the cucumbers, eggs, sausage, and chopped herbs.
Step 11
Before serving, dress the Olivier salad with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
