Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 5.3 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, cool to room temperature, peel, and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and finely chop. Drain the pickled mushrooms in a colander to let the marinade drain, then cut into pieces of any shape.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onion with a sharp knife. In a bowl, combine the vegetables, green peas, mushrooms, and eggs, season with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise, and mix. Place the finished Olivier salad in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before serving.
