This Olivier salad is sold in a popular grocery chain, and it was created by a renowned chef. The secret of the salad lies not only in the tender lightly salted salmon but also in the use of ginger-infused mayonnaise instead of regular mayo.

- Potato - 7.1 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.2 oz
- Spanish onions - 1.1 oz
- Cucumbers - 3.2 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3.2 oz
- Carrot - 2.1 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - 0.5 oz
- Scallions - 0.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Pickled garlic - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the carrots and potatoes, then let them cool. Peel the cucumber. Dice the vegetables, pickles, red onion, and fish into small cubes.
Step 2
Slice the green onions into thin strips. Set aside a sprig of dill for garnish, and finely chop the remaining dill.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise (you can make it from scratch) with lemon juice and finely julienned pickled ginger.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients with the peas and dress with the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve garnished with a sprig of dill.
