Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Pickles - 4.2 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Red Caviar - to taste
- Brioche - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and carrots in boiling water until cooked.
Step 2
Let them cool and peel.
Step 3
Boil the eggs, let them cool, and peel.
Step 4
Dice the boiled vegetables, onions, and eggs.
Step 5
Dice the pickles.
Step 6
Clean and dice the salmon.
Step 7
Season all diced ingredients with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Dress with mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 9
Serve the salad on the brioche.
Step 10
Garnish with red caviar.
